Liesa is a fun commander to play if you are a smart and handsome person who enjoys gaining and draining your opponent's life.

The main goal of this deck is to win through life gain or drain related combos, as those are the best combos in magic don't @ me. The variety of combos in the deck can be accessed with the tutor suite and protected with Grand Abolisher, Lightning Greaves, or Ranger-Captain of Eos. Sun Titan, a combo piece itself, can recur many of the combo pieces.

The Combos:

•Citadel + Reservoir + Top

•Sun Titan + Viscera Seer/Either Altar + Kaya's Ghostform + Blood Artist Effect (can also use Suture Priest and Vito for infinite ETB's)

•Blood + Bond/Vito

•Heliod/Archangel of Thune + Walking Ballista

But what should I tutor for you ask?

1. Ranger-Captain of Eos gets Ballista or Viscera Seer

2. Enlightened Tutor gets Ex Blood, S. Bond, Heliod, Ballista, Bastion, Ghostform, Citadel, or Top

3. Demonic or Vampiric Tutor get uh, anything you want. Kind of self-explanatory.

What should you do if all the combos are answered? Probably scoop. Just kidding, the deck can also win through sheer creature damage and Liesa's ability to shut out opponents ability to cast spells if they have gone too low on life.

Bolas's Citadel is a house by itself as well, just don't ever, EVER play it after you've played your land for turn already or you can easily get zero value from it.

Resplendent Angel, Serra Ascendant, Archangel of Thune, Bitterblossom, Crested Sunmare, and Luminarch's Ascension can each takeover games if unanswered. They provide reliable creature damage and good blockers.

The deck runs slightly more black sources than needed to be able to reliably cast Necropotence.

To make the deck slightly more casual, remove Blood, Ballista, Top, and Ghostform and bring in any of the "Maybe" cards you see fit. Mangara and Command the Dreadhorde can either be awesome or terrible, but are still fun cards to play. Revenge can be an instant kill of one player with Vito or Bond on the field. Hatred and Unspeakable Symbol allow Liesa to Voltron kill with Commander damage, but are very vulnerable to interaction.

To make the deck more competitive, don't play it. It's not gonna beat a cEDH deck, so just chill out and have fun with it. If you want to Orzhov competitively, Tymna is right over there.
