This is a super fun, albeit inconsistent pauper tempo deck. This deck's main goal is to use one or two of your highly efficient threats, like Delver of Secrets, Nimble Mongoose, or Moldgraf Scavenger, to beat, while protecting them with cheap counters and removal. Originally, I built this deck with just blue and green, but added red later on. I would have to say that it was worth it, but there are trade offs. By far the best card you gain by splashing red is faithless looting. Because of how Mongoose and Scavenger work, you need to fill up your grave yard. Lightning bolt is also a great card you gain, as well as some great sideboard cards. Rancor is also fantastic on this deck and gives it a much better late game. Lotus petal, while helping with the mana situation, also really helps turn on moldgraf scavenger. When this deck works it works amazing, but it is oh so easy to get mana screwed.
