They thought they banned storm from pauper... but yet here it is. Zubera Storm uses many of the same cards as Legacy Storm decks. Floating-Dream Zubera alongside a sac-outlet such as Viscera Seer allows the player to draw through most of their deck (assuming they have enough mana and reanimation) and win using Ember-Fist Zubera triggers while presenting high Zubera storm count.
Zubera Storm count = # of zubera that have died this turn.
Early turns focus on setup using the two most powerful cantrips in all of magic: Brainstorm and Ponder with a healthy amount of shuffle effects to support them.
A little trick to help extend the draws and dig deeper into the deck:
On Board: Viscera Seer, Floating-Dream Zubera, Floating
In Hand: Culling the Weak, Supernatural Stamina, Undying Evil
Step 1: Cast Supernatural Stamina ( Floating) -> Blue Zubera
Step 2: Cast Culling the Weak ( Floating) sac Blue Zubera - +Blue Zubera trigger, +Stamina trigger
Step 3: Resolve Stamina trigger - Blue Zubera returns tapped
Step 4: Hold priority (Blue Zubera trigger and Culling on the stack) Cast Undying Evil ( Floating) -> Blue Zubera
Step 5: Sac Blue Zubera to activate Scry from Viscera Seer - +Scry 1, +Blue Zubera Trigger, +Undying Trigger
Step 6: Resolve Undying trigger - Blue Zubera returns with a +1/+1 counter.
Step 7: Hold Priority, Sac Blue Zubera to activate Scry from Viscera Seer again - +Scry 1, +Blue Zubera Trigger
Step 8: Resolve the stack from top to bottom (Zubera Storm count 3)
The result: Draw 3, Scry 1, Draw 3, Scry 1, Draw 3, Add to your mana pool.
That's 9 draws, 2 Scrys, and left in the pool when it's finished. This is a very common start to what's usually turn 4, 5, or 6 (sometimes turn 3) for the deck and it almost always results in me winning that turn.
If you're a storm player, you'll probably enjoy this deck but be careful as learning to pilot the deck takes a lot of practice.
