This is my Mono-Black Infect Control I've been working with. it's fairly budget at around 60$ and works around hand disruption and spot removal for control with some solid infect creatures as wincons.

Phyrexian Crusader and Pyrexian Vatmother are our main infect creatures and overall very solid, especially Phyrexian Crusader. The protection really helps and first strike + infect is nasty.

Victim of Night and Devour Flesh are our removal cards.

Duress and Inquisition of Kozilek are our "spot hand disruption".

Hymn to Tourach and Wrench Mind are our volume hand disruptors. I know people are going to say that Hymn to Tourach is not modern legal, but I just have it in this deck since I usually play causal but I want to get into more competitive stuff with this deck. When I do I can easily replace it with something like Raven's Crime.

Funeral Charm is overall utility, instant discard is amazing plus the other abilities can be helpful too. Read the Bones helps us dig for answers and provided card advantage.
