A more budget friendly copy of Wedge's Visara EDH. I need help with any suggestions (Budget) that I can get because I am not sure if I want to buy all the cards yet. If you play Visara and she isn't fun, please tell me your experiences with her. I really want a fun deck, so if you know of any other fun commanders please tell me in the description.
