My brother challenged me to build a deck from the theme of a random pack of Jumpstart. When I opened my pack, I found I had received Mill as my theme. So, here we go. This deck is your typical mill deck with Bruvac the Grandiloquent as the commander. I wanted to make the most annoying blue deck I could. So I stuffed the Devil's Cards in there, too. By the "Devil's Cards," I mean counter spells. I feel dirty just typing that. Just look at the list. This deck makes me sick.
