The Sunforger package should be able to deal with a variety of situations and threats.

Deal with any non-land permanent: Utter End | Anguished Unmaking

Deal with creatures: Path to Exile | Swords to Plowshares | Crackling Doom

Tutor for an enchantment: Enlightened Tutor

Boardwipe protection: Teferi's Protection | Make a Stand | Boros Charm

Enlightened Tutor can find us ramp and card draw early and graveyard recursion and buffs to our team late.

Early Game

You'll want either Phyrexian Arena to start getting extra cards out of it as soon as possible, or Sol Ring to accelerate mana production.

Mid game to Late game

Mid game choices are dependent on the board state and what you need for your particular situation moreso than early game. Having a decent number of threats out compared to early game means that Shared Animosity or Cover of Darkness get better here. Phyrexian Arena and Outpost Siege are still good if you expect the game to go longer. "Recursion" options include Palace Siege and Phyrexian Reclamation which can be good after recovering from board wipes or giving you a bit of redundancy when one is cast.

True Conviction is a bit of a pet card but could be considered as a flex slot. This card can win the game out of almost nowhere but you will need a moderately sized board for it to be effective.

Being a creature based aggro deck boardwipes set the gameplan back quite a bit. The best way to deal with boardwipes is to not over extend.

Pre-boardwipe

The next best ways of dealing with boardwipes are to try and negate their effects with spells. For this we have, in order of best to worst, Boros Charm, Teferi's Protection, and Make a Stand.

Boros Charm is best simply because it's the cheapest to cast. If you're worried about being overextended you've probably cast a creature already this turn, so only needing to leave up 2 to cast Boros Charm is great.

Teferi's Protection will not only save you from damage and destruction based wipes, but it will save us from exile effects too. It has the added benefit of saving us from things like Exsanguinate but costing 3 over

Boros Charm's 2 is a big deal.

Make a Stand is fine, in some rare situations you can use it for the buff to win combats or take somebody out of the game.

Post-boardwipe

Phyrexian Reclamation and Palace Siege are both in the 99 to give us a bit of resilience to our gameplan of having loads of buffed vampires on the table. Scoop them out of the yard and regurgitate them all over the table again, forever. Or until someone draws enchantment removal. Bloodline Necromancer reanimates a creature for us for "free". You'll only get one vampire token from Edgar's eminence though.

Note that although Blood Baron of Vizkopa has protection from black, it can still be targeted by enchantments or creatures while in the graveyard since the problack is only valid while it exists on the battlefield.
