This deck a tribute to a friend for everyone in my local meta.
Austin (aka Koopa) died in March of 2019 from a traumatic car wreck.
Oona was his favorite commander to play.
I have rebuilt his old library, in a competitive manor, as a momentum to him.
I have plans to alter the commander with a painting of him, the image is posted bellow.

So this library is devoted to combo, control, and consult lines. We want to control the game as much as possible while assembling our combos to win. typical dimir things, right?

Thank you for looking! :)

I am reworking the primer description. Needs more info!

- We are strong against other control decks, as a majority of them do not run as tight of a package or have access to tutors like we do.
-This deck is very consistent, it rarely gives you a have that needs to be mulligan'd.
-Flash is banned
-Stax decks hurt, collector ouphe is our worst enemy here!
-We don't run a lot of creatures, so there is a very real risk of the table slowly beating us to death.
There are several ways to control the game. Let's start with my list of counters:
Counterspell
Delay
Dispel
Drown in the Loch Flusterstorm
Force of Will
Force of Negation
Mana Drain
Mental Misstep
Muddle the Mixture
Narset's Reversal
Negate
Pact of Negation
Swan Song

These are my anti-creature spells:
Pongify
Gilded Drake
Toxic Deluge
Damnation

I have some random curveballs that hit a variety of card types, such as:
Chain of Vapor
Cyclonic Rift
Hurkyl's Recall

There is also a few all around hateful control cards in here...
Narset, Parter of Veils
Ashiok, Dream Render
Notion Thief

There are various ways to accomplish this. Let's start with just spells that actually draw cards directly.
Brainstorm
Mystic Remora
Rhystic Study
Baral, Chief of Compliance
Notion Thief Sensei's Divining Top
Timetwister
Gitaxian Probe
Ponder
Preordain
Windfall
Jace, Wielder of Mysteries

There are also some ways to put cards directly into my hand. This is important when playing against cards like Narset, Parter of Veils these cards include:
Ad Nauseam
Dig Through Time
Necropotence
Dark Confidant
Scroll Rack

I consider tutors part of card advantage. So here is where they will go. Keep in mind if it tutors instants or artifacts only it will probably be used to search up isochron sceptor and Dramatic Reversal, if not then it's going to be for a control piece. There are a couple of non-tutor spells that go into this category.
Lim-Dul's Vault
Muddle the Mixture
Mystical Tutor
Vampiric Tutor
Whir of Invention
Demonic Tutor
Fabricate
Merchant Scroll
Imperial Seal
Spellseeker

-Demonic Consultation to exile my entire library with either Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries on the field.
Draw a card and I win.

-Isochron sceptor + dramatic reversal with a mana positive combo of artifacts allows Oona, Queen of the Fae to exile all my opponents libraries. Simply pass turn or wheel with something like Windfall and my opponents lose.

-The isodrama combo being mana neutral with Sensei's Divining Top on the field allows me to draw my entire library by holding priority on the stack.

-Another isodrama combo is to use Copy Artifact to create a 2nd isochron sceptor. I then imprint Swan Song onto it. With mana neutral artifacts (4 mana) and any random spell I can create infinite 2/2 birds by casting a spell, countering with swan song, using isodrama to untap my other sceptor, then countering the first swan song with another. This gives me a bird. Repeat infinitely.
