This is my current Abzan counter deck. The overall strategy for this deck is to beef up existing creatures with counters from Hardened Scales, either Ajani, and bolstering. If you can make Fleecemane Lion monsterous, and start pumping him with counters, the better. Isochron Scepter can be used with Dromoka's Command, Naturalize, or Path to Exile depending on the situation.
