The semi-budget deck that I am in the process of making to play at FNM. I created a version of this deck for my first FNM. A big part of the deck is getting Mana-ramp out early to be able to play things like Karametra's Acolyte, Prophet of Kruphix, Kruphix, and planeswalkers on turn 3. There are two main win conditions in the deck, but it can also just beat down your opponent. If you play Singing Bell Strike on your own Karametra's Acolyte with devotion greater than 6, you can get infinite mana to get an infinite number of infinitely large creatures. If you ultimate Kiora, the Crashing Wave, your opponent is unlikely to be able to deal much damage to you, and you can wait for the perfect time to attack for lethal. Also, Thassa's scry ability and ability to make creatures unblockable works great with this deck.
