This deck is all about milling. A mono-blue mill deck that is very, very good at emptying out your opponent's library in a matter of turns, giving them less choices and less chances to make any potentially hazardous plays. While I'm piling on the discard spells, I use cards like Wall of Frost and Fog Bank to build up a defense from attackers. Things get really fun when Jace, Memory Adept hits the field, and there's nothing quite like seeing your friend's face when you tell him he has to discard half of his deck thanks to the effects of Traumatize. And if you're in a pinch or running out of cards, Divination will load your hand back up, and Psychic Spiral will give you a fresh, shuffled library (while also getting rid of more of your opponent's cards). I've won quite a few matches with this thing, and I'm thinking about taking it to a tourney!
