Simply a version of UG Merfolks. Low to the ground and rather aggressive, with high density of lords - 14 of them!

Thinking about trying out Aquitect's Will as an alternative to Spreading Seas as Islandwalk enabler.
With no Master of Waves I no longer need the enchant to be in game for devotion.
Lower mana cost possibly pays off for not 100% draw chance.
And being a Merfolk Tribal comboes nicely with Roger and Adept.
Although, it does not lock my opponent away from non-blue mana lands, which is often great.

Single Forest to avoid Moon lock - blue does not have much of enchantment hate and this build has a lot of non-basics compared to mono-blue Merfolks.

Also, not yet sure if I need any of the other cards in the maybeboard, and none of them are Islands or Merfolk, so for now they are out.
