Hi, thanks for the suggestion, Thorbogl. Quirion Ranger does have decent synergy with Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary but I just don't think it interacts well enough with the rest of the creatures in the deck and returning Forests to hand is a fairly big cost in this deck a lot of the time.

Their continuing mission: to seek out new heads and even more new heads.

You already have Nylea, God of the Hunt in there, why not add Bow of Nylea as well?

Because it's just generally not a very good card; it's decently versatile but it's so inefficient that, except in very specific matchups where the repeated lifegain or flyer-removal can win more or less single-handed, it doesn't do enough to justify the cost.

I fail to see how a static deathtouch effect for your creatures, is inefficient. The other effects are simply bonuses if they come into play. With the ramp that you have in the deck, the cost is hardly an issue, but I can see how there might be issues making room. In any case, you know the deck better then I, and if the deathtouch wouldn't be a sufficient boon, then it makes sense not to include it.

Well, the deathtouch is nice with trample but I just can't envision enough scenarios where it'll be the difference that swings the game. The fact that it's only on attackers is the real problem since the deck's plan is to be attacking with the largest creatures on the field anyway and it doesn't allow a late game Arbor Elf or Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary to trade on defense. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Hey there!
How about some Quirion Rangers to untap Rofellos?
