Eventually, my Abzan DID win against Esper Dragons.
-
1st Match (2-0) : Against Mono-green devotion, it went pretty quick. I managed to wipe my opponent's ramps with Drown in Sorrow early on, and he couldn't manage to ramp and cast his bigger creatures. Twice in a row.
-
2nd Match (2-0) : Against BW Warrior. For some reason, it seems this archetype isn't played a lot, but I found it really good. Again, Drown in Sorrow saved my ass because my opponent started very fast with a lot of 1 and 2 drops like Bloodsoaked Champion, Blood-Chin Rager or Chief of the Edge. Second game, I was lucky enough to cast Whip of Erebos which maintained me alive.
-
3rd Match (2-0) : Against...Esper Dragons! God I hate these decks. The first game went out pretty quick, thanks to my Thoughtseize I was able to disrupt his hand from creature removals and game was finished before he could land Crux of Fate or Dragonlord Ojutai. The second one was more difficult for me, went to turn 10+, but my opponent eventually cast Dragonlord Silumgar, leaving just 1 land free. I knew he wouldn't be able to counter my next spell, so I killed him with the ETB effect from Siege Rhino.
Thanks bellz76 for taking the time to answer. I've been playing my deck in this configuration for two weeks now, and it indeed has decent result against Esper dragons (I'd say about 50 to 60 % win).
The best creatures are Fleecemane Lion and Rakshasa Deathdealer for the reason you listed above.
I've taken note of suggestion and added two Abzan Charm in the main and other two in the side instead of Center Soul and Bile Blight, because every time I had it in my hand, it was a dead card.
Thanks again for your help !!

I would think that you should have a decent match up against control. Fleecemane Lion and Rakshasa Deathdealer are already good vs control. Anafenza and Brimaz are also must answer threats. Plus 4 Thoughtseize and 2 Duress in the main should give you a huge advantage. That being the case, maybe you're not playing the match-up correctly? or maybe you're keeping hands you shouldn't?
Rakshasa Deathdealer is great vs control since he has regen. When playing control, you always keep up regen mana. Swing for 2- no pumps until you can keep up more regen mana. They do have the Foul-Tongue Invocation, but that's the only way they can get rid of him, and you have other creatures that could\ should be in play- sac them first.
Getting a Fleecemane Lion monstrous is a big help too. You can do this all in one turn late game as well. Again, at that point, only the invocation (or a bigger blocker) can stop him.
Your Thoughtsieze and Duress should be able to clear the way for your threats, or hit their card draw to keep their resources low.
And if you don't have the disruption, your threats are cheap enough that it shouldn't take long before you're in a spot where you can play 2 a turn, which is difficult to answer.
You already have disruption and cheap threats, but for additional help in the match up I would recommend a couple things- card draw and recursion. Read the Bones and\or Abzan Charm- both help you keep the hand full. Recursion comes in the form of reusable resources- Den Protector and Deathmist Raptor is the biggest pair right now for that, but you'd either be reconstructing your deck to add those, or they'd be taking up all the space in your board. The other card you can go with is Risen Executioner. The problem you'll run into with him is his recursion cost with all your creatures that end up in the way. You'd have to board out Anafenza since she eliminates any chance of returning a creature.
If you can keep jamming threats (without overextending into a board wipe, you have the necessary disruption- you should be ok.
