Hey guys. It is your friendly neighborhood high school teacher with an EDH club. We are bringing snakes back in vogue with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons . With my club as inspiration, I consider myself more of a deck collector than a card collector. All of my decks start off as budget decks and evolve into monstrosities.

This decklist originates from BudgetMTGDecks's Budget Hapatra, Vizier of Poison - EDH / Commander list. As of 6/2/19, that deck is $33.27.

I have added a more solid ramp package, removal package, and draw package, while keeping in the infect and wither elements that make this deck so much fun to play. New MTG players love to swing with intimidating hordes of creatures, and this deck does not fail to meet the need.
