#1 EDH U Jalira's Foresight.

Commander / EDH

Sherme

Sideboard

Budget Mono Blue EDH deck made from cards I currently own.

Jalira has absolved herself from the power of the corrupting Eldrazi. Choosing instead now to focus her power in harnessing the unknown powers of the sea. Though her powers are a gamble, her ability to forsee what's coming can prove her most powerful asset.

AEther Adept Never a bad ally to have. The ETB effect can either work for your benefit or your opponent's downfall.

AEtherling Brought here for defense, can also attack for a decent amount of unblockable damage. There may be better cards, however this one joined for utility.

Arcanis the Omnipotent Card-Draw when you need it most.

Archaeomancer Will bring back whatever needed instant or sorcery you will need. It's never a bad idea to be able to potentially use a spell twice.

Azure Mage Can draw you a card before being turned. She knows her role and will gladly serve Jalira to her purpose.

Captain of the Mists Signed on to aid Jalira in her work if she were to be tapped of energy. He can also use his ability to aid others in this deck. Arcanis for example.

Chancellor of the Spires Being able to replicate the spell of any opponent is always dangerous, and few ever see it coming.

Chasm Skulker Perfect for growing strong, even better for spawning easy pawns to be polymorphed. Be not attached to this one, his role lies not in his life, but his death.

Clone Of course, being able to clone yours or others speaks for itself. Use at will.

Colossal Whale The threat of exile will turn eyes to this monster. Even better if your enemy is in control of an island.
