micah1, if you were on the draw, you'd be able to draw a Goblin Chieftain and send it out from Warren, therefore increasing the next damage by one for each attacking goblin (other than the first strike of Warren Instigator. Is that right?

Guide, Warren, Krenko for 4 = 8, krenko = 8 -1 = 7, tap for 7 = 14, animosity + tap = 28, 27 untapped and ready to attack meaning that animosity gives off +26/0 for each goblin. 26*26 = 676 extra damage (minus instigator) + 2 x 25 = 50 + 3 = 53. instigator = 56 = 109 + 676 = 785 Damage. If the chieftan could come out, + 28 damage = 813 damage. Math may be confusing there haha

Correction, after Chieftain, it would be + 27 damage totaling to 812 damage*

No, becuase the damage would have already been dealt. (for the third chieftan idea) It is around the teens in the eight hundreds, though. Do check my math, because I was absolutely certain it was 814.

Use my numbers and stuff. Just make sure I didn't do anything wrong.

What about Burn at the Stake for your sideboard in case they are able to stop your creatures from attacking?
May 21, 2015 5:59 p.m.
micah1 the problem with your math is the fact that you had +27 damage from Shared Animosity where it is +26, not 27 as you only have 27 goblins attacking. It says +1/0 for each other attacking goblin. Everything else was good

micah1, are you sure the Chieftain won't effect, as the first strike specifically says that they deal damage before all other combat damage, therefore the instant effect would occur which would send out the chieftain... I'm not an old player by any means, I could very well be wrong, I find it very interesting! :D

In mine, you get the first strike effect trigger. It puts chieftain in play to add damage before everyone else. This is used on your turn four attack.

For my math part, you are correct, I didn't read the entire card for the only other creatures.

micah1 it must be 785 damage then! Still nothing to scoff at whatsoever haha! Not a bad amount of turn 4 damage if I do say so myself. Imagine turn 10 getting 4 shared animositys out.. lol. I think we can safely say we figured out VERY close to the max damage, if not the absolute max for this deck! :)

Also, if you want more upvotes, use inspect element from right clicking on the plus one upvotes button, then copy and paste into your description. It essentially reminds them to do it without the having the excuse of being too lazy to scroll up.

Thanks a lot micah1! I appreciate all the help you gave me! You're the kind of person that makes tappedout as awesome as it is. :D

If you go for as many turns as you want, there is no max damage you can do.

Um, how is everyone tapping Krenko the turn that he comes into play? He still has summoning sickness in spite of the fact that he was cheated in.

Look at Goblin Chieftain, he gives haste to all the goblins and is played before Krenko, Mob Boss!

abdulbaqr: thegigibeast has it in a nutshell. Goblin Chieftain is the reason :)

oh wow; i thought i looked for all that, but i was thinking of the older goblin king that just gives mountainwalk. Dude. that is retarded.

micah1, didn't have time to discount doublecheck your math yet, but as long as you've factored that all goblins (but rabblemaster) get +1/+1 off the top AND get a free token you might just be right... considering we've ALWAYS assumed the perfect opening 'nut' hand.
