Many Commanders can be summoned in the first two or three turns of the game and many others can kill in two or three hits, few Commanders can claim to do both. Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest is a cheap flexible commander with a powerful ability. He has the ability to two-shot most players with little in terms of card investment and allows you to continue to develop your board while doing so. His color combination allows for many different builds and he is not forced into the same narrow strategy that many aggro-generals fall into. Rafiq of the Many and Tibor and Lumia are the most similar in concept and build and yet he plays very different than either.
