Stupid deck for dumb plays... comes out slow... like very slow. THe point of the deck is really more of a misdirection in two ways. Either you get out a few petitioners and start the mill game or you play the long game and wait it out to get the larger sea dudes out to basically plow through anything that they can place in front of you.
