Pretty simple. Just gain life whenever you can.

Win conditions: - Sanguine Bond (Most fun, gain crap tons of life and they lose it) - Archangel of Thune/Blood Baron of Vizkopa

As you've probably noticed, there are lots of 5+ drops in this deck. Use the Charms, Silence, and High Priests to increase endurance (besides gaining life) and hope for one or more of the four Crypt Ghasts so you can mana ramp like crazy. Then kill 'em with a crazy combo like Ghast ramp + Debt to the Deathless + Faithmender + Sanguine Bond. With 5 land (2 swamps, 2 plains, 1 shrine), you could make them lose 6 life, then you gain 12 life (Faithmender), then they lose another 12 life (Sanguine Bond) for a whopping total of 18 life. It gets a lot crazier when you've got some lifelink creatures out.
