I got this idea from a modern zoo deck. Pain Seer acts as a poor man's Dark Confidant, letting you look at the top card of your deck and put it in your hand. It does not say you draw a card. The wording is important here because you'll have Spirit of the Labyrinth out. It will essentially allow you to get two cards per turn, while limiting your opponent, giving card advantage. Springleaf Drum is here so you can make sure to tap Pain Seer each turn (having extra mana doesn't hurt either!). Seeker of the Way will help with any life loss. Suggestions welcome!
