Maindeck: Rakdos vampire tribal brew with a Blood token subtheme and a kind of "mini-combo" with Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord and Ghalta and Mavren to get Ghalta out as early as turn 3. Fable of the Mirror-Breaker  , Deadly Dispute, and Blood tokens allow you to try to dig for the "combo" and discard extra copies of Ghalta and Mavren so they are not useless in your hand if you do not have a Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord in play. Sorin also acts as a value card for your other vampire creatures. Voldaren Epicure, Bloodtithe Harvester, and Voldaren Bloodcaster   are all good Blood token generators and synergize with one another. Knight of the Ebon Legion and Cemetery Gatekeeper are just fairly good vampire creatures. Fatal Push gives you some creature removal. Overall, the goal is to beat down with some decent vampires and utilize various synergies with Blood tokens and vampire tribal or put out an early Ghalta using Sorin.

Sideboard: Thoughtseize gives you interaction against noncreature cards and hand disruption, Annihilating Glare and Voltage Surge give some additional interaction for creatures and planeswalkers, Unlicensed Hearse for graveyard hate, Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger for some staying power against control and midrange decks, and Kaya's Ghostform for additional protection for both the combo and any creatures in the deck.
