I'm sorry but this deck really doesn't make sense to me. Narset can be ridiculously strong, but only if your deck is teeming with powerful-highCMC non-creature spells instead of the many creatures you have in it now. Please either rethink your commander or your strategy for this deck.

It's really an aggro deck with a tempo theme. I don't center my commander decks around the commander, but around a theme instead. It has 25 noncreature spells to satisfy Narset, but the deck is fundamentally based on taking extra turns and extra combats in order to win with combat damage so creatures are a must. Out of all the Jeskai commanders I can choose from, Narset will get the most work done with what the deck is based on.

Fair enough, but wouldn't a commander like Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest make more sense then?

He was originally the commander, but he often is lack luster with all the other ways in the deck of giving double strike to my creatures. While, Narset can blow the door off the hinges at times.

I probably should explain myself in the description, but thanks for the suggestions.

I appreciate the reference in your description.
This deck has an interesting spin compared to other Zedruu decks I've seen, a lot more powerful creatures as well as no Apocalypse type spells in case things get to hairy and a ton of power ramp type things.
Looks to be a deck I'd want to send my Kaalia against to see utter chaos XD
