Shifting my UW-control from standard to modern for post-rotation. Some of the stuff I still had sitting around from M12 and Innistrad. Nothing splashy, just a permission control deck on a shoe-string. If you have any suggestions for souping it up while keeping it budget friendly I'm all ears.
