This is the Phoenix list I'm running at RC Washington DC! I know it's already a well-established archetype with not too much innovation, but please feel free to give any and all feedback. I've been testing a ton to find the best build to beat the new post-ban meta full of Rakdos Prowess and High Noon so here's hoping for the best that I draw and play well to make it into top 64!
