This is a budget control deck with a slow start. The main card is Murmuring Mystic and you can also make a copy of him with Quasiduplicate or Mirror Image to increase the birds spawn and then just spam counterspells and other instants and sorceries that will slow your opponents, draw you cards, and make you a lot of birds. Then boost your birds with Favorable Winds and Lord of the Unreal who also makes your bird tokens and other illusion creatures hexproof.

Fog Bank serve as a good blocker that can't be killed in combat, so it will protect you until you have the Murmuring Mystic present on board and start creating birds by returning the opponent's stuff back to hand with Blink of an Eye, Boomerang, Stern Dismissal and Vapor Snag, or by tapping creatures forever with Send to Sleep or Sleep of the Dead.

Surprise your opponent's heavy attackers turning them to 1/1 frogs with Polymorphist's Jest and kill them with your blockers.

Later when you have a lot of mana, you can also steal your opponent's big threats with Mass Manipulation or Entrancing Melody.

If you want be more controlling, you can add more counterspells instead of spells that draw cards. More blue spells with flashback or jumpstart could be fine, so you can cast them again and make more birds.
