Insane mana ramp with Locus/Urza's and Thespian, I know Vesuva, is a great choice, but I like the extra playability of Thespian, the fact I can swap it to what ever is the highest mana output at the moment is something I prefer :)

Use Walking Atlas to pump out lands, use the eye of ugin and quicksilver to power out the beasts! (Even without the quicksilver, your easily getting the mana anyway)

Lastly, I have found that against quicker decks, its sometimes worth while pumping out a platinum angel with lightning greaves for shroud and a forge for the times when you need a bit more time to drop the bombs.

By the time you have taken a beating from the fast decks, set up platinum angel, you can wipe the board with all is dust, leaving all of yours in play. Then you can take your pick of the big boys to quickly finish the job off.

Nothing is a funnier combo than having an it that betrays down, annihilating a bunch of perms getting them on your side. Using spawnsires 20 mana ability to pump in all extra cards to win the game!

Or you could speed out a colossus and get an infect win :)
