Budget UW Control

Modern

Sideboard

Creature (4)

Enchantment (6)

Instant (5)

This is my take on a Modern implementation of UW Control based on the 2015 ProTour Deck used by Ivan Floch.

It seems to do pretty well, at least in my play group, but be prepared for long games. Primary win conditions are Elspeth or Gideon, or just letting your opponent slowly realize that they will never have a board presence and that you will always cascade into answers with the Revelations, and the basically infinite cycle you get with Elixir.

Given more money, I would replace some stuff with Path to Exile. Any other suggestions that keep it budget would be appreciated (I wouldn't like to go above $100, especially with what our president just did, the South African Rand isn't looking so great :P)

Updates Add

Updated after experiencing the local meta. I've included more creature removal rather than bounce, as the delay didn't seem to affect the game overall.
