This deck wins by dealing damage with artifacts such as Black Vise. Everything else is for controlling the game and filling their hands via bounce and drawing cards.

Aphetto Alchemist is an interesting catalyst. He can untap Temple Bell / Dakra Mystic for more cards, Seat of the Synod for mana or Swans of Bryn Argoll to substitute vigilance or The Blackstaff of Waterdeep to dodge any targeted removal pointed at an animated artifact

Don't hesitate to Boomerang a land in early game. Tempo is key here. Seal of Removal has an important role in being castable on your first turn, so you may still be able to control the board on turns 2-3 while spending mana on permanents like Aphetto Alchemist or Temple Bell.

Sunder works as a finisher when your board is ready. Returning lands has two major benefits over Cyclonic Rift. First, it's likely there's more lands than creatures to fill their hands with, since you will be bouncing and countering them all game. Second it's really hard to do much anything for couple of turns after the spell resolves, which means the damage artifacts keep hitting them, while you keep ringing Temple Bell and casting cheap bounces or chump blockers.
