It's mill synergy deck, which does not relay on mill as it's main wincon. Meta usually is rather medium speed, but it really depends. Deck have a few win-cons. You usually will mill your opponent and get their creatures (e.g with lazav, that will give it hexproof) way faster then you should. You can also bring back your side of board (or make brand new one in a moment) with reanimation effects, that can bring back creatures from your opponent's graveyard. If those way won't work, I have a back up "Just-go-voltron" plan, with sword of body and mind, nighthowler and Bonehoard. Sometimes Lazav will kill somebody with commander damage "by accident", like in those moments, when you mill someone else's Kozilek, and you Lazav becomes Eldrazi Titan with hexproof. Sometimes you may also just mill the hell out of them. Generally you will kill your opponents with their cards, which I love :D
