Fairly simple Mono-Black Infect deck with exalted to push more poison counters through.

If you want to cut the cost in about half, you can replace the two Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon with more pump/infect.

Phyrexian Crusader: First Strike + Infect + Evasion for only 3 mana? Yes please.

Plague Stinger: Two drop Infect with evasion.

Septic Rats: Effectively a 3/3 for 3

Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon: Should never need to pull this guy out, but he can close games.

Boon of Erebos : Buffs our Infect early.

Virulent Swipe : Removal or buffing for the last bit of damage.

Doom Blade: Removal.

Tainted Strike: In case Knight of Infamy needs to attack
