It's time for another superbudget $10 deck, where I try to build decks for 10 USD or less. If you're trying to learn the game or just have fun on the cheap, check it out. This deck revolves around the Madness ability, which lets you cast spells like Incorrigible Youths for a discount if you discard them. The deck combines that with draw power through Merfolk Looter and Thought Courier. I would end this with a madness-based pun or something, but all the good ones are taken.
