Yup, an 100 card standard deck.

I'm surprised no one has seen Sphinx of the Chimes + Shadowborn Apostle ! The basic focus of the deck is to control the game with the usual esper staples, then either fetch a Sphinx of the Chimes with a Diabolic Tutor, or just draw into him and cast him. You will then proceed to go off, discarding two of your many 4-of's, or drawing into bunches of Shadowborn Apostle . Once your graveyard is sufficiently large (from discarding, and from discarding at the EOT phase), you can then cast a huge Psychic Spiral for the win!
