Varolz or Izoni or Meren or Savra can be the commander depending on playstyle. I've been testing all out and it really just depends on who your opponents are.

The goal of the deck is to dredge as much of your library, get some of the key pieces you need Living Death or Izoni, Thousand-Eyed and just get constant value out of that. Either way you are just trying to have constant value and constant tokens.

Or just drain them out with Blood Artist and the like with thousands of tokens + sacrifice.
