How it works:

Flickers are used to flick Lavinia allowing her to lock the smaller cost permanents down each turn, while cards like Intrepid Hero and Reprisal snipe the larger creatures who ignore her effects. Clone creatures are used to duplicate the effects by copying the pertinent creatures and their abilities.

Flickers: Cloudshift, Conjurer's Closet, Deadeye Navigator, Flicker, Galepowder Mage, Ghostly Flicker, Nephalia Smuggler , Mistmeadow Witch , Otherworldly Journey, Restoration Angel, Venser, the Sojourner's +2 (kinda)

Clones: Body Double, Clone, Cryptoplasm, Followed Footsteps , Phyrexian Metamorph, Quicksilver Gargantuan , Renegade Doppelganger , Sakashima the Impostor, Vesuvan Doppelganger , Vesuvan Shapeshifter

Snipers: Austere Command, Intrepid Hero , Hand of Justice , Radiant's Judgment , Reprisal (also Allay , Aura Blast , Clear , Cursebreak , Monk Realist , Quiet Purity , Serene Offering , & War Priest of Thune while Enchanted Evening is in play).

Combos:

Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake/Palinchron = Infinite Mana, assuming the Navigator isn't already bound with Lavinia. The cloning cards in the deck help out with this (i.e. Clone the Deadeye Navigator, attach one to Peregrine Drake and one to Lavinia).

Enchanted Evening + Cleansing Meditation = Boardwipe. Turn everything into an enchantment, destroy them, your permanents come right back (which will also trigger Lavinia). Requires Threshold.

Enchanted Evening + Aura Thief = Steal permanents. Turn everything into an enchantment and take them! Use cards like Allay and Clear to kill the thief.
