Ooh Lhurgyof, I like that card. What should I swap out for it?

Sure Enchanted Evening and Aura Thief /Cleansing Meditation is good but I don't think it either fits the theme nor the needs of this deck. Other than those 2 cards what are the use of Enchanted Evening ?
I'll recommend Parallax Wave for flickers shenanigans, it's a great tool to have to bounce thing from the table. It combo with Opalescence (to remove permanently any creature from the game or any permanent with Enchanted Evening ) but I wouldn't recommend to run it since it doesn't accomplish any of your current goal.

Also I believe you have too much CIPT land, I'd run basics (fits all budget) before running these: Abandoned Outpost , Kabira Crossroads , Seafloor Debris , Karoo , Coral Atoll , Soaring Seacliff ; they all slow you down too much for very little. I would keep some Cycle land, but not all
Transguild Promenade /Rupture Spire isn't worth it when you only have 2 color to take care of.
Most of your cards aren't really deep into the color and won't require so much need for dual lands, but you surely need the speed a CIPT can't provide.
Here's a selection of land that are good and all under 5$, I believe it will really speed the deck up to get a better manabase, even if it's only more basics. (They are so under valued but they are the cheapest option for good fixing and speed :D)
Nimbus Maze , Adarkar Wastes , Skycloud Expanse , Calciform Pools (actually great for control since you can store when you don't counter).
Currently half of your mana base CIPT, I'd put a maximum of 10% of it and all must have some real utility rather than simple fixer for the huge tempo lost.

DukeNicky, I just used the embed code. On YouTube, click the "Share" button, then select "Embed", then copy the iframe code. If it doesn't show up when you hit "Save" after editing your deck, hit refresh on your browser and it should (assuming the iframe code was done right).
