Phantom General is pointless here. You'd be better off replacing him with two more Imperious Perfect. All Phantom General does is give your tokens +1/+1, and if the tokens are elves (which they will all be), Imperious Perfect will do that too. Additionally, Phantom General isn't an elf, so all the other elf-buffs do nothing for him, and he isn't green, so Drove of Elves doesn't grow for having him around. Imperious Perfect buffs your non-token elves, can create more elves, and costs less. It's better than Phantom General in every way.

I don't really see the point of Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage here. You'd be just as well off having another Rhys the Redeemed. His "create a token" ability costs less, and while his version of Populate costs more 2 more, it's also significantly more effective. He is also an elf, unlike the Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage, and so will work with the rest of the deck.

You could replace Overrun with one or two Ezuri, Renegade Leaders. Overrun is a sorcery, so you could only cast it when you could cast Ezuri anyway. His ability is repeatable if you have the mana, while Overrun can only be cast once. Additionally, his ability can be done at instant-speed, unlike Overrun, and on top of that he has the ability to regenerate your elves.

Honestly, the General was meant to be a placeholder while I got my hands on more Perfects, and then I kinda forgot about it. Same with the Guildmage being a stand-in for Rhys. Thanks for the reminder.

Ezuri sounds really interesting actually, and he'd add a lot of creature-protection to the deck. I'll see if I can get my hands on him.
