Faeries got the mill action going on! To make sure that we can do that though I've made this into a control deck.

The nice thing about this control deck is that on the end of our oppenents turns we can make some blockers with Oona, Queen of the Fae while also fulfilling our mill plan.

Our win cons are: Jace, Memory Adept, Obelisk of Urd, Scion of Oona , Glen Elendra Liege , Hedron Crab, Phenax, God of Deception, Bloodchief Ascension, and Consuming Aberration

As a control deck we just want to control our most threatening opponent until we reach one of these cards.

Also there's an infinite combo with Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank . We can also combo Dire Undercurrents + Oona, Queen of the Fae for extreme card advantage, plus they curve into each other which is nice.
