Sideboard

Looking at the options for RGx in the current standard. This is RGW.

Oath of Nissa seems really well placed with all the powerful planeswalkers about at the moment. RG give you Arlinn Kord who looks to be able to dominate games and event better with Chandra alongside.

Adding White to the shell give you Gideon and Dromoka's command as well as some nice SB options.

First Test vs Mono Blue Eldrazi: This deck rides the storm well. Main deck Silkwrap is great here and helps early on against the Hangarback Walkers. Ultimately this deck can go longer much better and over ran in no time.

Second Test vs White Wienie: Again the Silkwrap 's are awesome in this match up and once Chandra comes down the board becomes mine. This is a match up I am really happy with, but I am keen so see what some of the more enchantment heavy builds do against me.

First outing and a final chance to test before Game Day.

Round 1 - UR Thing in the ice / mill: This match up was great. Most of my things are out of burn range, Thing in the ice is dealt with fairly easily and I got a solid 2-0

Round 2 - BR Vampire Aggro: A tough match. I find high synergy decks like this can struggle if you deal with one part of it. Game one I resolved a Chandra on Turn 6 and blew up his board. Went on to win fairly comfortably. Game 2 he went off and hit me way too fast. Game three was a lot closer and I managed to stabilise and get back into it and ultimately a 6/5 double striking land will get you there.

Round 3 - Mono White Humans: I liked this match up on paper post side board, but I wasn't sure with just the main deck. Chandra was the star once again essentially blowing up the board. It turns out in game 1 my opponent made a mistake, but I think I was OK either way. Neither of us spotted it, but would have left her with 1 creature after Chandra rather than none. Game 2 I felt I would be strong bringing in Kozileks return and a single rending volley. Chandra wipes, opponent was ready for it and help back other creatures. Kozileks return got them. Fun match 2-0

Round 4 - WU Humans aka WUmans This caught me off guard. the combo of always watching and Ojutai is nuts and I didn't get the drom comms in time to deal with it. That and in both games I saw no more than 5 spells. Tough match up and I got well and truly beat 0-2

Feedback: Overall I think the deck deals with the meta well. I think it is somewhat of a utility deck as most of the walkers can act in various ways against different opponents.

Changes:

-1 Forest

+1 Oath of Nissa

I think 25 lands was too much and Oath is so strong
