Hello everyone !This is my new deck I would like to play at Standard... Basicly it works with +1/+1 counters and their multypliyng which helps you to get some super-powerfull monsters and also some extra advantages... So let's have a look at the cards !!!
Experiment One - Honestly I wasn't sure which one to choose- whether Experiment One or Cloudfin Raptor... In the end I decided to take Experiment One becouse even thou Cloudfin Raptor is harder to block Experiment One is more vulneable, becouse you can pay two +1/+1 counters and regenerate him which is not gona be a problem with this deck...
Gyre Sage - I think it's one of the most powerfull cards in the deck becouse it can bring you huge amounts of mana quite fast so you would be able to take out your boss creatures really fast... In the worst case you can always attack or block with him...
Elusive Krasis - Really usefull becouse of few reasons. 1) He can evolve or be evolved by most of your creatures 2) He is unblockable, and if you multiply his counters fast you can take your opponent down in few turns3) In a worst case 0/4 makes him a serious blocker
Reverent Hunter - Good card, brings with it a lot of +1/+1 counters and you can use his abillity twice thanks to Strionic Resonator in a later game which makes him even more powerfull...
Master Biomancer - Here comes my favourite card of the deck... It's one of the most usefull cards in the deck becouse he can power up your creatures (perfect target for Elusive Crasis etc.) but the creature comes into play with +1/+1 counters so it will also help you to evolve other ccreatures... It's a pitty that his ability cannot be copyed with Strionic Resonator
Kalonian Hydra - Here comes the boss card of the deck... It's also one of the most important parts of the deck becouse it's a basic multyplier of +1/+1 counters so your creatures keep growing bigger and bigger... Ow and the Strionic Resonator can copy his ability too...
Prime Speaker Zegana - This card can be very dangerous for you becouse drawing 18 cards just like that is not always good becouse you might be forced to discart something you really need... But it's really good when you are digging for something you really need... And just two words Strionic Resonator Okay those were the creatures, now let's have a look on some magic...
Simic Charm - The basic card with various uses... Most of the time you will probably use his hexproof ability so you creatures will be protected from the huge ammount of black removal on standard... You can also power-up some unblocked creature for a deadly blow or return some anoying creature you need to get rid of into your opponent's hand... Or to save your own card...
Solidarity of Heroes - The next basic multyplyer of +1/+1 counters which can also target more than just one creature ! So you will be sure that your creatures keeps growing...
Dissolve - For the cases like mass removal or getting rid of something you can't kill, very usefull for protecting yourself when Simic Charm is not nearby...
Give / Take - Really funny card for this deck... You can either power-up your creature with three +1/+1 counters or you can also remove all +1/+1 counters from target creature and draw a card for each removed +1/+1 counter... So very nice card for keeping your hand full, or digging for some card you need...
In this deck I play only one artifact in mainboard... It's Strionic Resonator which is absolutely crazy card in this deck becouse it can copy most of the abilities of your creatures like Kalonian Hydra Reverent Hunter and all creatures with Evolve there is only a small problem I mentioned before - Master Biomancer ability can't be copyed.
In the manabase there are 23 lands... 10x
Forrest
, 5x Island and duals like Breeding Pool which helps you to get both colors of mana without tapping it when it comes onto the battlefield.... Temple of Mystery is really great becouse of it's ability to helps you to affect your draws a little...
As for the sideboard I picked those cards :
Arbor Collosus - It's very good against deck with lots of flying creatures which can be a little problem for the rest of your creatures... of course you can multyply his counters after you monstrous him...Mistcutter Hydra - Great card against controll deck, becouse it can't be countered and also protected from blue... So huge ammounts of monoblue devoution tokens won't be a problem... Also it's counters can be multyplied...
Mortal's Resolve - I have this card here mainly becouse of mass removal and burn spells which can be a little bit dangerous for your creatures in the early game when they are still a little bit small...
Negate - It's an oblivious choice - great against Planeswalkers, Burn spells, Black killing spells and so on....
Pithing Needle - Very good cards in some specific situations for example cards with regenerate or turning off the AEtherling...Scavenging Ooze - The card that can completely destroy most of the decks that likes to have fun with graveyard... Also you can feed him with dead creatures and than multyply his +1/+1 counters...1x Simic Charm - It's here for the cases when your opponent has a lot of removal so you will get a higher probability of protecting yourself against killing spells...
