This deck started out as a draft deck built around the Locust God. While unsuccessful, I had a lot of fun playing with it and decided to make a commander deck with him.

I'm not sure yet where I want to take this deck. Naturally there will be a lot of draw power and scrying but aside from that, I'm thinking about abilities like prowess, surge, and madness. All in all, I want this deck to be low mana-cost with a few heavy creatures or spells for ending games. Feedback is welcome and I'm trying to work the cards that I have. This is a prototype so I will be adding cards as time goes on.
