This is a hyper ramp Atarka, World Render dragon deck. You ramp hard the first three to four turns then just start slamming dragons onto the board. The deck usually wins with dragon beats but it can also easily go voltron. With all the mana available it can actually be easier than it sounds to replay Atarka. It addition the combination of Savage Ventmaw and Hellkite Charger is usually good game.

The manabase is rough due to my unwillingness to pay hundreds of dollars on a handful of lands.
