Being brand new to the format, this is my first attempt at putting together a budget modern deck. I know the convention is BUG but splashing black really raises cost and it's not like I'm trying to win a pro tour, I just want to be a little competitive at my LGS. Let me know what you think and what some budget sideboard options could be. Thanks!

Edit: So I've been updating according to suggestions but i still need sideboard cards! Let me know if I could use something vital!
