It works! lol

I never heard of this combo so I had to playtest it; it worked like a charm. Besides getting mana screwed so you can't pay for the counterspells and Mizzium Skin, this deck is solid. It's the exact type of deck one of my friends would play because there's no interaction and it's blue. +1

Consider using Comet Storm so you can tutor for it with Muddle the Mixture and also combo off at instant speed in response to their plays.

Think Twice might also be better repeatable card draw instead of Telling Time. Not ideal, but if you do swap out Gitaxian Probe for Serum Visions then it might work well.

Don't feel obligated to comment or +1 anything, I came looking by my own volition regardless of incentive solely because of the name of the deck and don't really care about +1s.

This is entertaining as hell. I'm actually going to proxy it up and run it through a gauntlet a couple times next week. I'll have actual non-theoretical feedback for you.

lemmingllama Thank you for the suggestions! I think that I will try a Comet Storm, and maybe test the others!

Would Tolaria West be good in this deck?

I fell like you should add a 4th Telling Time. I don't get the combo sometimes, and when I don't, I usually lose. But +1!

NIce deck, +1!

I suggest Serum Visions over Sleight of Hand as it digs a little deeper. Also Academy Ruins to keep Pili-Pala going in case someone tries to surgical extract him. Pact of Negation would also be really beneficial as it can instantly counter since it's 0 mana, and with infinite mana out; you shouldn't need to bother worrying about the upkeep cost.

Check out my version of the deck: It wasn't expected to make THAT much mana!
