My "budget" version of tw0handt0uch's competitive list (although I got lucky and cracked a Wrenn and Six). This is geared towards a slower meta. The plan is to ramp hard, cut opponents off their mana, and get Ruric out ASAP. Win-cons:

• Combo with either Kiki-Conscripts
• Shaman of Forgotten Ways (can be powered by Treasonous Ogre early)

Leaning heavily on creatures and mana dorks means:

• I break Ruric Thar
• Shaman of Forgotten Ways' abilities work more in my favor

Now with Wrenn and Six and Crucible of Worlds, I'm testing out cards that put lands in the yard for me and cards that use lands in my yard.
