Oh sorry, i saw a few non-dragon cards so i thought i might recommend my favourite blue card to you :)

I do like her, but I changed my deck theme once "Dragons of Tarkir" was released and I was able to streamline my approach. With that in mind, I switch from a Simic dominant deck to a Gruul focus. I'm just going to use brute focus with some control to win. Fetches and ramp get me there quick. It's why I have as my ramp cards in the deck as I do.

With your change in focus to dragons, Animar, Soul of Elements might be a better commander

I have thought of Animar, then I saw its price. Maybe if they reprint it where the price lowers I'll get one, but $23 avg is too much for me to drop for a single creature.

I know that sounds harsh, but Windswept Heath can be swapped out for Grasslands and the others can swapped for Bad River, Rocky Tar Pit, &c.

So, from looking in your maybeboard, I see a few cascade things. I personally would not run them unless you plan on removing your counter spells, as they tend to be dead cards. Maybe run creatures that do that or something that can counter, but as well do something else like Cryptic Command or Temur Charm.
As well, I do NOT like the Temples. They scry, sure that cute, but they are bad because they come into play tapped. When making an EDH deck like this that NEEDS to be faster because you have a higher average cmc, its better to run basics over those. With the Rite of Replication and Shamanic Revelation, I think you can run better spells for card draw, but the cloning isn;t needed unless you plan to make this Deck a Riku deck, which you wouldn't run unless it was him as your commander.Chaos warp is a dead card now.Frontier Siege is amazing.Run a Garruk.Devo tide is meh. I honestly think things would be fine if you just had cyc rift with a mystical tutor.I would also recommend focusing your deck on etb triggers and the effects you can have with them. With dragons you can run things like Warstorm Surge and just wreck face.

Yeah, most of the maybeboard was from previous suggestions. I only own surrak and Intet as possible commanders. Thanks for all the advise. I'll work on some of the changes tonight.

Besides just shuffling your general back to the command zone for a free shuffle/put into play, since it can't get rid of generals (tuck rule changed) it just seems like a better card can be used now.

I'm actually going to get a Sarkhan's Triumph. Just been lazy about it.
