So this is a competitive modern deck for serious, professional level tournament play. While I appreciate the suggestion I have no intention of taking out good cards to slot in bad ones. The moniker "Ultimate Ugin" is just in reference to the thing that I like to do most in Magic. It's not the end goal of the deck in 100% of games.
So the reason that Emrakul is better than Endbringer is because Emrakul is both a huge threat that is tutorable via Sanctum of Ugin and that once it gets cast the game is essentially over. 9-10 mana to wreck the opponent's game plan and have a creature that's extremely difficult to remove provides far greater value than a 5/5 that does everything that the deck already does but worse.
As for World Breaker, I don't know if you've ever been in a tron mirror, but it's abysmal and you basically need to hit Karn or WB to win. WB again triggers sanctum which Endbringer does not, and having access to reach and recursion is basically better than all three of EB abilities put together.
So again while I very much appreciate your time in commenting, I am not particularly looking to change the deck in any major way here and if I were it would be to make it as optimal as possible.

Oh, the name was just misleading I guess. My bad. And my playgroup is competitive, but there is only 8 of us. On our island, we don't like copying each other's decks because, well it's a dick move lol. But since you can play at tournaments, I think it's safe to say that you should keep the stuff. You should really make a primer if you're this descriptive. It helps a lot. Well nice deck anyways.

I feel like there's plenty of primers on the archetype already, but I can certainly make a write up of what each card in the deck is meant for or something. I'm nowhere near an expert on the deck yet, just have decent experience.

Have you tested Fog or Feed the Clan as tools against fast aggro decks? Do you find yourself actually searching up Sanctum or do you just rely on drawing it naturally?

I played fog for a quick minute, but there just isn't any infect in my local meta so i've found no need for it. The one sudden shock is well and good enough. Fog isn't particularly beneficial in any other matchup, though it seems ok against like burn or affinity it just kinda ends up being a bit bad. Likewise with Feed the Clan, it really jsut buys another turn of you being too far behind to get anything done.
As for sanctum, there are times where it's correct to search it out, but usually it's just kind of a thing to do when it's available. Proper times to search it out are like when you've got an uncracked map with full tron available on turn four with a karn in hand as your only threat. I've only searched it out in like that or really long game scenarios. Like the deck doesn't rely on it as it used to do with Eye of Ugin, sanctum is just added value.

Thank you for the advice! I'm working towards putting a more competitive Tron deck together and this feels a nice, streamlined list that works for me.

I have looked at a lot of torn decks and honestly, oblivion stone isn't very good. There are much better things to put in, like maybe World Breaker.

Hi there. Well I do like the deck, but suggestions don't hurt. If you want to ultimate ugin, I would rather take out Emrakul, the Promised End (I say this because you have two Newlamogs as win cons) and 1 World Breaker and replace them both with Endbringer. Not only do they help the consistency of the deck, they also get rid of pesky robots and can eventually burn your competitor. Have fun piloting this, I certainly do.
