wait what happens if you get frenzy before you get 7 other lands from the trigger? is that also factored in?

Thats funny deck, but too much ifs: if you get those cards in proper order, if opp doesn't have: destroys, prevents, direct damages, counterspells, deathtouch+first strike creatures etc

I play tested the deck and got the combo to work on turn 4. Super janky but super awesome too.

You may have addressed this previously, but how do you think the latest mulligan change influenced this deck’s ability to win?

you don't lose if you have Frenzy in your opening hand, in fact the best possible starting hand for this deck is Crusher, Frenzy, and 5 Mountains. Here's how it goes:

-T1 Mountain

-T2 Mountain

-T3 Mountain, Crusher

-T4 Mill out your deck w/Crusher, put 50 +1/+1 counters on Crusher, play Frenzy to give Crusher +50/+0 and Trample, swing for 100 damage.

Nowhere on Countryside Crusher does it tell you to draw any cards, so it doesn't matter that your library is empty bc you won't die until next turn (which won't happen bc you just killed your opponent with 100 trample damage), and if you don't have Frenzy in your opening hand you have to wait a whole extra turn to get the kill.

hamiam yes, in that scenerio you would die because Countryside Crusher will mill all your deck right before you draw. You can't do that.

hamiam yeah actually idk what I was on about there, the ability happens on your upkeep so you'd mill yourself out and then draw for turn and die.

Would this deck work better if you had 4 copies of CC and just one copy of Fatal Frenzy? Higher chance to draw CC on first turn, and if you end up milling and hitting another CC - you just ignore it and hold it in your hand. The counters that are on your opening hand's CC will still be there and you could just keep milling until you hit FF. Yea, you might not be able to pull off 100 dmg one turn 4 or whatever, but wouldn't this increase your odds

Dont you also just lose if the first card you reveal (or the 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) is fatal frenzy? also if they have a creature then that becomes revealed card 8 and if their toughness is three than it goes to revealed card 9 and so on and so forth

I have a version of the same style of deck with only mountains and islands, amped raptor, and thoracle. You mulligan until you get them both in your hand, mulligan thoracle to the bottom and cast it for free of the raptor
