Blue is my favorite color in Magic. I also really love artifacts. Luckily these two things work very well together, so I built a deck around them. I knew I wanted to build a deck around Muzzio as soon as he was spoiled. He draws much less hate from the other players than other blue artifact generals like Arcum Dagsson or Memnarch. His ability is still broken as hell, allowing for huge artifacts to be put into play for the low cost of his 3U activation cost. Cards like Treasure Mage and Master Transmuter help get bigger artifacts into play early, allowing Muzzio to dig even deeper into the deck. Cards like Master of Etherium and Darksteel Forge help protect my artifacts. Chief Engineer helps make casting my artifacts much easier. Even without the Engineer, mana rocks like Sol Ring, Thran Dynamo, Mind Stone, and Gilded Lotus. This is somewhat of a budget deck so I don't have Mana Crypt or anything like that. Other than the artifact theme I have a few counterspells to help protect my important artifacts and the planeswalkers Jace Beleren and Teferi, Temporal Archmage help draw some extra cards while Tezzeret the Seeker lets me get some extra use out of some of my artifacts and can also tutor for the ones I need. I've also included the Grand Architect + Pili-Pala infinite mana combo because sometimes I need to cast a lot of things in one turn. It also helps in case I need to mill someone out with Blue Sun's Zenith.
