Good day to whomever is reading this, I thought up most of this deck while flipping through my trade binder and really wanted to make mono blue devotion playable, the meta around me is nothing but abzan rhinos and jeskai tempo/burn/tokens and pretty dang boring. However hopefully I will be able to take this to top 3 at least on game day. The idea behind it is turn 1 scry land or Darksteel Citadel, turn two Island and ensoul, or drop Renowned weaponsmith, or even chief engineer then either swing or wait. Turn 3, another island then either bident or hall of triumph, or even thassa for the early game scry advantage, worst case scenario play a wall of frost/ Cloudform and get a creature on board. Ideal turn 4 would be to drop a master for 4 if bident and renowned are online, this would be long if I continued, however there are many many ways to have low mana interaction that is even beneficial in late game without ever having too many dead cards in hand. Thanks for checkin it out, any recommendations or suggestions are surely welcome!
